Well, but you're right.
You're spot on because there are so many people that don't actually have... I have a wheat allergy, so I just can't have it.
But there are so many people that don't know any better and then they'll pick it up off the shelf and say, oh, gluten-free, it's going to be better for me.
Exactly.
And that's where it's a problem.
Well, what's concerning is that a lot of the gluten-free products are testing really high in glyphosate.
Oh, yeah.
The cassava.
I was bummed when I learned that because I was doing the cassava chips and I was making cassava tortillas and I stopped because of that.
Navigating this, I said this earlier to you, it's like a battlefield.
It really is.
And so I do, I have a lot of sympathy for people.
And yeah, so it's not to shame anybody because I didn't know either.
I had to do the digging.
And this is one of the things that I was really frustrated with.
And what made me want to get more involved in the political side of things is because I started learning how corrupt it was and also how hard it was to actually stay healthy and how to know how to navigate the grocery store because it's... I want to talk about the corruption because you're in the front lines of this and
Yeah, I would say, well, you know, I mean, this is an obvious one and we kind of touched on this, but I want to dig into it a little bit further.
Just trying to eat minimally out of boxes and packages as much as you possibly can.
I think it's unavoidable.
