I get it.

People are busy.

I'm busy.

I buy things in packages and jars and cans and stuff.

But I try to be really minimal with that aspect of it and try to just buy more whole real foods and make my recipes from scratch.

Time is a big concern.

Exactly.

Yeah, no.

And that is a really big hurdle for people.

And to be honest, I don't even know what the solution is other than getting crafty.

You know, like when I was in college, I was working two jobs and I was doing, you know, school during the day, working at night.

I would come home and I would still make food and just put it in Tupperware.

I know, it's hard.

I do too.

And it's a big hurdle.

And I get why so many people go through the drive-through because it's easy.

It's so convenient, but convenience is killing us.

So what I always say is that you have to get to a point where you just, I know it's really hard, but it's an uphill battle for all of us.

Even those of us that work in this world, like we just mentioned, the time is a really big aspect for us too.

It is really hard, but you have to know what you're fighting for.
