I would say first and foremost, do an audit of your pantry and just start paying attention and reading ingredient labels. If you can do that one shift and start slowly swapping out a lot of your normal everyday food products that you're buying for ones that are made with real ingredients, you're going to be off to a great start. So I have a really, really simple hack for this.

When you're in the grocery store and you're reading a label, And you see all the ingredients in there. You never want to just look at the front. The front is a billboard for the package. They're just trying to sell it.
