Even when I was pregnant and craving all these, you know, like, quote unquote, unhealthier things, I found this great mac and cheese.
It's like five ingredients.
It's A2 raw dairy.
It's organic pasta.
I mean, that's the thing.
And I talk about on my Instagram all the time, you got to get your nutritional bang for your buck.
If you're buying a box of ultra-processed cereal for breakfast versus buying eggs and bacon, you're going to have more servings if you buy a package of eggs and a package of bacon than you are a box of cereal.
And it's going to sustain you for so much longer.
Yeah.
No one ever eats the serving on the box for the cereal, by the way.
So you maybe have three bowls of cereal on that.
If it's just for one person and you're buying eggs and bacon, you have what, like six meals there?
Exactly.
Exactly.
And that's my whole point is I think people need to start thinking at it from a nutritional bang for your buck and a more quality stance of, okay, what is actually going to keep me full and satisfied for longer?
Because you're actually going to end up buying less food and spending less money on food when you're buying these really nutrient dense foods that fill you up.
I would argue that's not even cheap.
It's so much cheaper to make that at home than to go to 7-Eleven every day.
And then, you know, run out the door with it.
Well, a lot of people, Postmates, I know so many people that Postmates almost every meal, which is like a food delivery app.
