I was looking for answers, right? But I was looking in all the wrong places. I was eating slim fast bars for breakfast and thinking that I was going to lose weight and like get healthy, which is so ironic.

Thank you so much for having me. I'm so excited to have you. This is so much fun. We were talking earlier on my podcast about how we just felt like little kids were just like so excited. Yeah.
Yeah, it was a journey for me to get there for sure. We had talked about this earlier off camera, but I started out working in music actually. I got acne I never had before.
I was fatigued. And it wasn't until I took a nutrition course. And also, my mom had sent me a book on nutrition. It was literally just called You Are What You Eat.
And because I was looking for answers. Right. But I was looking in all the wrong places. I was eating slim fast bars for breakfast and thinking that I was going to lose weight and like get healthy, which is so ironic. Right. And I found this book. It's called You Are What You Eat. And it really just it was talk about a light bulb moment for me. It made me really understand. Oh, wow.
