Something is wrong here with our food supply.
And majority of us don't know about it.
If I didn't know about it and I grew up in a pretty healthy home, how does anybody else know about it?
So I just felt this deep desire to go back to school and study nutrition.
So my undergrad was just a bachelor of communications.
And so I went back and got my master's of science in nutrition.
And while I was doing that, I created Real Foodology because I just needed this outlet.
And at the time, I didn't think it was going to become anything.
I just was writing these little blogs saying, hey, this is what's happening in our food right now.
And then it exploded into what it is now.
I know, it's unfortunate.
Well, they're not using the same processing practices that we are.
And also there's a lot of, so a lot of it has to do with their flour, I think.
So I'm not an expert on this per se, but I do know that they take pride, especially with their bread and their pasta.
They take major pride on how they source it and where they get it from.
So it's all Italian grown and they're very specific about the pesticides and herbicides that they use.
Yes, exactly.
Exactly.
So that's a really big one.
The only one I don't know is if they enrich their flour, but I don't think that they do.
