And my diet is high in protein, but it is also moderate to probably higher in carbohydrates.
Again, you see me, I'm like all over the place, I'm moving around, and so I'm very active.
And, you know, one of the things that happens is that people are sedentary and they move less.
And in midlife, you know, there's some belief that as estrogen declines, people's spontaneous movement goes down.
And in order to, you know, I think a muscle like this, muscle is like a suitcase.
You open the suitcase and you're going on a trip for four days.
Now, if you're like me, you open the suitcase and instead of packing for four days, you're packing for 40.
