So it's kind of about being able to say that you can check yourself and go, Okay, maybe I am narcissistic and if you can accept that and admit that you are narcissistic, then you can start to change from there.
Yeah, I mean it's a really good question too.
I think for me, one of the biggest differences between the two, if we if we just call it out with borderline personality disorder, I guess the key feature is this fear of abandonment.
And with narcissism you've got this deep sense of insecurity.
But the way they play out is totally different.
Um, with the in synth sphere of abandonment, um, the individual that's got borderline is gonna walk away.
With narcissism, the individu the individual when they fear being abandoned is going to just totally reach out more and tell the the other person how much they love 'em and how much they need to be with them, so they're gonna be clinging on for dear life.
So I guess you'll see that big difference between the two.
When we say w you're too emotional or too sensitive, we say it like it's a judgment, like it's a bad thing.
But being emotional is just someone that feels a lot.
And that's alright, isn't it?
To feel things.
It's how we experience things, it's how we engage with the world around us.
Well, it's an interesting term, the emotional term, you know.
I think that sometimes when we say emotional it's got these negative connotations, right?
But being emotional just means that you're having a lot of emotion.
And when we say w you're too emotional or too sensitive
We say it like it's a judgment, like it's a bad thing.
But being emotional is just someone that feels a lot and that's all right, isn't it?
