Like, how have they done that?
And they assume that they know how to do that.
But beyond that point, they have no other value.
It's like, how do you expect that you guys would have built your audience and not know your audience well enough?
Like you post every single, like multiple times a week, knowing how they're going to respond.
So.
obviously you would also know how they respond to a product and yet the assumption is as soon as it crosses from like this silly little influencer industry that all the girls are playing around in to this business industry oh well these girls must know nothing like that's literally how it comes across and that's why you know me I'm literally militant on people I see that I'm like I know you're being taken advantage of I'm like let me
Me and your email.
I'm like, I'm like chatting.
We need a lawyer.
But like, it's so, and I, I sometimes feel sorry for people when I can tell that's happened and they've then gone out to market and they've been like, well, amazing.

And I have no doubt they had such good intentions for it at the beginning.
And yeah,
as soon as they've gone into the business side of the industry the assumption has been like oh well these silly little girls won't won't know that we've taken this off the margin so it's actually a really shit product but it's got this this and this and it just you know they're it's their fans so they'll just buy them anyway and it's like no we've seen now so many times over and over the businesses that actually work long term from influencers and celebrities would work if they didn't have the influencer and celebrity because the product is good because what you get one sale and never get a sale again and
Like no one comes back.
Yeah, exactly.
So I think that, yeah, I think that's one thing that people maybe don't know from the outside and it's actually like so clear when you're inside and it's so frustrating.
And I think you've done so well to actually, I have no doubt that you invested in that and just being able to be like, right, well, not the right thing, not worth compromising our customers.
So I want to talk about then the decision to launch Rooms.
