And like, is this something that I'm avoiding?
Like, what is it that I'm afraid to feel right now?
Is just like a very generic but very useful question.
And for me at least and folks I work with,
on the other side of even if it's just like feeling a little bit of like disappointment or heartbreak or expressing anger that this this shitty thing happened.
On the other side, there's like a little bit more of an excel.
There's a little bit more freedom, there's a little bit more spaciousness, a bit more agency.
And that that really compounds over time.
What about social media?
Yeah.
Yeah.
I mean it's firstly it's really tough.
Like these algorithms, as everyone knows, they are engineered to be addictive.
They're like slot machines.
Um I think the the way out that I and I still, you know, use social media, it's still like a a thing that I have to be very conscious of.
Um the thing that I try notice is like how am I feeling as I'm reaching for the phone?
And like
When I'm doing it, like what is it that I actually like, what is this like kind of reactive habitual response?
And am I, you know, am I just feeling a little bit lonely, for example?
Like like do I just need a little bit of connection?
