And the the level of connection that I have now with my with my wife, with our daughter, with some friends, and the

sense of like aliveness that I feel is I kind of feel like a different person.

There's almost this like I don't know if you feel this way, but I feel like there's there's like a before and after.

There's like I kind of look back and like, that was me, but like it it it was different.

Like life was different be beforehand.

Hm.

Um and so

Had I not been through that, I I don't know.

I think there really can be a gift.

And I'm hesitant to say this because obviously I don't want to wish for terrible things to happen.

But if one is able to metabolize these really challenging deep things, it it it creates a sense of of depth and and I think aliveness is the best way to put it that I wouldn't I really wouldn't trade.

I I that's so well put.

And gratitude is interesting i in that I think it can be like this great like unclenching medicine when you're able to access it.

Like it really does soften everything to an amazing degree.

And there's a way in which if that's not authentic and natural, then there's probably gonna be some anger, grief stuff to feel first.
