It's like sh she's not telling herself, I need to self improve, I need to get a good morning.

But she's learning so quickly and she's growing so quickly.

And I think we're the same.

But I think for me the nuance is like, where is that coming from?

Is it coming from I'm broken, I need to fix myself, in which case, probably not gonna help, maybe make things worse?

Or am I just excited to like learn more about myself, discover more about myself and these and these patterns and learn?

And like, and maybe the stuff, maybe it's both.

Maybe there is some suffering in the beginning and that's that's fine.

Hmm.

But I think that's that's I think like the nuanced path, at least that I uh the way that I see it.
