To me, the coolest ever is to do like a really heavy deadlift and go do a pull-up or something.

It's weird.
Yeah, it's a weird feeling the first time you ever do it.
Yeah, I did that for a vertical jump test, and I did a heavy squat and then went over and just crushed it.
I know, right?
I understand that it's not like- It's just the way that the brain operates.
I know it doesn't affect your CNS, right?
So I know it's not like that.
But typically when you have something that has an effect like that on the body where it kicks something like dopamine up, the body then starts to adapt to that and it no longer responds the same way.
But in this case, it will continue- That's right.
Wow.
No wonder why you like it multiple times in a day and you feel an effect on it multiple times.
Seems like the stuff that tastes the worst works the best.
