Still keep that routine of five days, you have this hour block that you go do something active and fitness-related.

Is it possible on the two days that we're talking about where you can back off the intensity?
Will they let you on the side of the class kind of do your mobility routine?
Because that's what I would tell you to do.
It's probably hard for you to discipline yourself to do that outside of your classes.
Make that a part of your class is on the days that you're supposed to back off intensity, also do the first 20 minutes of your hour at the box.
Do your mobility stuff.
That would really serve you.
So that Josh, that would be the ideal.
So this is to me, this is the compromise I would make.
I know Sal already said to you that there, you know, obviously the community value is so huge.
And I'm going to say something else to you that I think you're kind of aware of.
