So I did run map symmetry you guys sent over.

That was great.

I do feel like that helped out, helped kind of correct my form a little bit too.

Uh 'cause I was having some issues cur like uh with the delt wanting to take over a little bit and just not getting like full activation of the chest.

After our last call, I got an MRI.

Um the big finding was I do have uh so I have some pretty bad stenosis in the C six, C seven vertebrae.

So they said it's uh actually caused by a little bit of bone bone spurring going on.

Um and so

The only real solution is uh just PT.

Um, maybe looking into some other ways to, you know, get the inflammation down a little bit.

Um, surgery.

I definitely I don't wanna do that if I don't have to do that.

I s I don't know.

I still think there had to be some kind of postviral component that kind of caused all of this because the timing was crazy.

It like pretty much started right after I was, you know, dead ill for about five weeks.

Um I think over the past, you know, few weeks though, it seems like things have kind of calmed down a little bit.

So I'm not getting as many, you know, zaps, tingles, you know, that weirdness going on.
