Huge difference for me. Alright, let's go ahead and get started. So number one, is to have a general similar wake time and sleep time every day. General wake and sleep time daily. So I have had so much life transition over the last few months. It's kookadoo. And I'm so excited because really just in the last few weeks I've gotten back into general, you know, time that I'm going to bed, general time that I wake up. And I will say too. That in seasons of transition and a lot of change. Having a general time that you go to bed and wake up every day is the most stabilizing thing that I can recommend. That that has helped me in seasons of change. So for me, what I'm kind of playing with right now is in bed by nine most weekdays, because I'm then also getting up roughly around five AM uh to either go to the gym or to have a nice slow morning.

one of the two things, but that's something that you know I'm working on right now is being in bed lights off around nine, nine thirty, and then being up around five-ish. But I really like to give myself a window. So what that could look like is okay, generally I'm in bed around nine, nine thirty ish. And then generally I'm waking up around five, five thirty ish. So give yourself some grace, right? J but just having a general window of time is really supportive to your body and it just feels so stabilizing to me. My body can get into a groove. It gets into a routine. I start getting tired around the same time every night. And it's so fun because on the weekends when I'm like, let's go out and do things.

I'm ready for bed. I'm like getting tired by eight PM. I'm ready for my Epsom salt bath. I'm ready for my pijamas. Like I'm ready for bed. Uh which is tough on the weekends. However, that's just the life I live. So That is number one. Number one, having a general sleep time, general wake time most days of the week, getting consistent with that. And it doesn't matter when it is. It really doesn't. But that has been so supportive for me. So that is number one. Number two is daily movement. Daily movement I used to have to force myself not really force, but it just I never uh You know, uh the gym was like whatever. I kinda had to force myself to do it. I've been working out consistently for a very long time. Yoga and working out has been a consistent part of my life for a very long time.

I played sports growing up, very active, and then that just kind of morphed into yoga and the gym for a while. And that was kinda eh, you know, I I don't know, I just went to a commercial gym. I didn't I didn't really have a program that I was doing. I was just kinda trying to figure it out on my own. And then And then I really fell in love with hot yoga when I discovered hot yoga. I actually started going to Yoga Box when I lived in San Diego. Loved it. Loved it. And what was so cool about doing that as well is that for me personally, this was probably like My late 20s, I found hot yoga and fell in love with it. And the really cool thing is that I was sweating so much that then what I was craving, what I wanted to eat, actually started to shift because I literally was drenched.
