Why am I stronger than I think when trying to quit smoking?
If there's one thing that I can confidently tell you, then it's that you are stronger than you think. You are stronger than right now you believe you are. You are stronger than you can possibly imagine. And I don't say this as a motivational speaker, I don't say this as a theorist. I am saying this as a hypnotist who has seen it, with his own eyes. I have seen the transformations. I have seen men and women from all over the world who decided to work with me in my four week hypnosis coaching program for smoking cessation, to go from twenty cigarettes a day to fifteen, then to ten, then to five, then to three, then to one, and then to zero.
What doubts do people share during the discovery call and how are they overcome?
And these were men and women who in Our discovery call and some of them, even in the first couple of minutes of our first session together in the pre-talk before the first hypnosis, told me that they believe they just can't do it, that they believe that they're not strong enough, that they've tried it in the past, but they relapsed and they are afraid that they will relapse again, and they then made up all kinds of excuses to Why it doesn't work this time in the same way as it didn't work the last time. And these are the same men and women who now text me every now and then via WhatsApp or who send me emails or via Skype and they text me that they are still smoke-free. They text me that they are living happy lives without cigarettes, that they are now keeping up with their children.
while they're playing with them, that they are doing activities that they haven't done in years, that they are now playing football again or basketball or tennis or they're swimming again and they're no longer out of breath and that they feel healthier, that they save so much money every month because they no longer smoke. And these are the same people who told me many, many times during the Discovery call and like I just said sometimes even in the first couple of minutes of the first coaching session together before the hypnosis, that they believe they just can't do it.
How does having a strong ‘why’ and clear intention affect quitting success?
And I know for a fact that you are very similar to these people. If right now you're beating yourself up, if right now you're not believing in yourself, if right now you're saying to yourself, Yeah, they can maybe do it but I can't do it. Yes for them it's maybe possible but for me it's just not possible. Yeah they might be able to do it but me, I mean who am I? No for me it's not possible. I know that it's possible for you. I know because I've

coached men and women who were exactly in your position. So I know for a fact that it is possible for you to quit smoking. It is possible for you to never touch another cigarette again. But you have to really want it. Even though your beliefs and even though your emotions right now might tell you that you will never live a smoke-free life, that you will never be successful at quitting. smoking that you will forever smoke and that you will never be able to live a long and healthy life that maybe you will not be able to walk your daughter down the aisle or to see your son grow up or to simply enjoy a day with your friends playing a sport that now is just impossible for you to do because you're always out of breath and I know that these thoughts and these emotions can terrorize you and
maybe they are terrorizing you right now and I also know that if you don't commit to success if you're not committed to quitting smoking if you don't have a strong why if you don't really want to quit smoking then of course nothing will change but I do know for a fact from all the amazing people who I've helped through my four week hypnosis coaching program that when you combine the will to quit smoking, the clear intention with a strong enough why and you know why you want to quit smoking and you're inspired, not just motivated, but inspired for a new life.
How can I join the 4‑week hypnosis coaching program to quit smoking?
And you already see that future whenever you close your eyes and when you visualize yourself living your life. You see that healthy future without cigarettes, without smoking, that then no matter what your mind is telling you, no matter how strong these excuses and these negative beliefs, this negative self-talk and these negative emotions are, that you can in fact reach your goal of a smoke-free life.
