Today, I want to show you how to visualize your smoke-free life and commit to it. Because if you can see yourself being a non-smoker and you can see yourself in this new reality, then it's way more likely for you to commit on this journey and to reach your destination as a non-smoker. And it all starts by you creating a vivid mental image of your smoke-free life. life but before you can do that you have to get clear about what this smoke free life actually looks like. And that's why I invite you Either write now to take a pen and a piece of paper or Or to listen to this episode again after you've listened to it once and to then take a pen and paper and to write down exactly what kind of life you want to live, exactly what kind of experiences you want to make as your new self, as the non-smoker that you can become, that you have the power to become.

And this is something where I can confidently say a A lot of my clients have made this exercise or a similar exercise where they ask themselves how will my life look like? In fact, when it comes to my four-week hypnosis coaching program, all of my clients have to at least to a certain extent go through this process because when it comes to you going into your new identity as a non-smoker, I invite you to see yourself in the hypnosis in the way that you would live your life. Life as a non-smoker. To give you some examples, some of my clients said that they now go to the gym being healthy, feeling good, no longer being out of breath. And another client, for example, said that they walk their daughter down the aisle, and another client said that they can play with their children without ever feeling exhausted.

And another client said that they look into the mirror and they see themselves being younger, radiating this healthy energy, their skin has more color in it, more life in it, more vibrance in it. So these are all things that you can see yourself as, and that's the life that you can see yourself in. In And then once you get clear about what kind of life you would live as a non-smoker, who you would be as a non-smoker, maybe even how you would walk, maybe you would Look at yourself differently, maybe you would smile differently, and you then create a vivid mental image of you living your smoke-free life. And here I would say it's always a good idea to visualize yourself from the first person perspective, because if you visualize yourself from the third person perspective, then it's as if you see somebody else.

But if you visualize yourself from the first person perspective, then You are seeing yourself. You are seeing yourself, living your life, experiencing your life as you, the new you, the non-smoker. And this can also include, for example, to engage all five senses. In fact, I believe it should include it. So, what do you see?

What do you hear? What do you smell? What do you taste? What do you feel? Maybe you taste delicious. Healthy food that you now, as somebody who is way more health-focused and health conscious than you used to be as a smoker, is now focusing on. Maybe you hear the sound of music or the sound of the equipment in the gym, now that you live a healthy lifestyle, and now that you can actually well enjoy your life to the fullest with the fitness program that's right for you. Whereas before You were always coughing and you were out of breath. Or maybe you hear your footsteps on the floor or on the grass while you're walking out in nature and while you are smelling the flowers, or you hear your footsteps on the treadmill while you're running and you're not out of breath anymore.
