What's exhausting is the amount of emotional energy you waste on people on people. for no good reason on people you don't even like. It's the people who annoy you, the people who trigger you, the me people who make you mentally spiral, the people you replay conversations about, the people that you silently judge, like the people that are you're weirdly I know I'm not the only one weirdly emotionally activated by for no good reason. Some of us are giving or Way too much emotional and mental energy. To irritating people. And we're doing more energy towards that than we're giving to our own dreams.
