To meet you. So that is what's going on. That is what's up. But let's get to the coaching. Your brain has forgotten how to feel safe when nothing is wrong. That's what's happening. This pressure. Um, where it's not really there is it's because we've accidentally conditioned ourselves to believe that peace is uh i It's impossible to have. And so we think that if we're not solving a problem or optimizing something or chasing a goal or fixing a weakness or preparing for the next challenge, then are we we sort of don't know how to relax. We don't know w how to how to just live and be and be present and grateful. And so our brain starts to create problems. So this is the brain being hyper-vigilant working against you.
Trish Blackwell 3:56
And to be Because your nervous system, we've conditioned us ourselves as high achievers for our nervous system to be addicted to activation. And so we mistake then calmness as laziness, stillness for danger, contentment for complacency. Instead of asking or am I okay, we go, Oh, what am I missing? What am I forgetting? And you start scanning for problems and W the way the reticular activating system in the brain works. If you look for something, you find it.
