And then how in the immediate aftermath of getting expelled you had to go and live with a friend for a while before being let back into the family home. You know how everyone I I think everyone's got their greatest story? You know, the the story with that you've kind of told as so many times that you've honed it down and y you know where it's going and it's it's got a You know where it's got a bit of a it's got a bit of a beginning, a middle of an and an end. That's that's kind of my only really That's your magnum open story that one, yeah, which is my expulsion story. Oh right. You know. I was I was going to say I don't know it, turns out I do. As long as I don't know it, turns out I do. Yeah, you know it.

I mean the virginity story on the train's probably quite a good one. But I think that a a similar time in my life actually.

Uh the Virginia train story came first and then the expulsion story came next. It's weird how you'd go through those things in life and you think back to the time. And it's like definitely you're the same person, but there are definitely moments that are forks on a road. I believe I believe very much so. Yeah. And uh What are they for you? That was that was a big train. Uh the train expulsion. The more so So probably the expulsion story. And I look back on it now and I think everything that kinda happened makes sense. But at the same time, at that moment, uh I definitely felt like I never if someone said to me when I was like ten, one day you're gonna be expelled f from school, I definitely would have said, No way, that's not gonna happen to me.

Yeah, but I would also say that I I felt like the punishment outweighed the crime for you in a lot of those situations. Like didn't the reason you got sent there in the first place was a pretty um harsh penalty for you.

I I gotta be honest, I feel like there's a lot of um families out there where that wouldn't have even been a No.
But this is nineteen ninety two, you gotta remember. And also my parents had never smoked weed. So they or seen it. Or they didn't have any friends who smoked it, you know. So it was a it was another world for them. You know, they're in their eighties They
were like, if this continues, one day we will be forced to watch him make love to a sex worker through the live eye. There's that story. That's a clear thing. Well they could see that coming, they were like, This is where he's going. They could see the sliding doors and they're like, If he carries down this path, this is where we're gonna end up. Yeah. It's sure enough. That's exactly what happened. It happened. Yeah. It was one of those it's one of those ones. What how did you end up at the um I don't know about the launderette?
Uh, that was 'cause I when I got expelled, my parents came down to try and uh talk to the school to, you know, say, you know, can he he's been having a good year, maybe can you give him a second chance?
