You've got a relatively fast metabolism, and you figure out, oh, my gosh, I've got to eat 3,500 calories or 4,000 calories.
You're going to feel better eating that in smaller, frequent meals than in less frequent, large meals.
Just eating 3,500 calories in three meals, I mean, that's 1,100, 1,200 calories each meal.
Yeah.
It's pretty filling.
Yeah, you get bogged down.
It doesn't feel good.
But if I split it up into five meals, it's much easier to digest.
Small meals throughout the day was pioneered by bodybuilders who all had to eat a significant amount of food to build muscle.
And it just tends to feel better for people.
So it's not necessary, but this is a tip that I'll add that I think will help.
But in practice, it tends to work better.
