And that was a that was a huge journey in itself.
And then um, you know, it kind of has led to the work I'm doing today with like I believe that if Sophie had been aware of some of these nervous system practices, that things might have
Gone differently.
And so, like you, I'm kind of very motivated to share this work with people.
Aaron Powell Had you been working in the mental health field prior to that?
No, I was um I was a uh an educator.
I taught entrepreneurship in London.
Wow.
Um I kind of did like a full a full pivot.
Yeah.
That's incredible.

Yeah.
It looked like a a bunch of things and I think, you know, for anyone that goes through grief, the the process is is always very personal and different.
For me initially it was it was going to some of the places that
felt personally meaningful to both of us.
And it was almost like it's almost like finding these like core cruxes of grief in different places.
And um for me, one of them was uh swimming in the sea.
So we used to we had a routine where we'd we'd start the mornings um swimming around the pier in like freezing cold water.
And I would I would do that every morning living in Brighton in the kind of months after she passed.
