Chapter 1: What happened in Game 4 between the Thunder and Nuggets?
I really like the grift off in the second quarter when Shea Gildress Alexander draws a foul on Nikola Jokic underneath the hoop. Jokic is mad because it's basically Shea uses his off-arb. and shot a layup with his left hand. I think he didn't make the layup, went to the line for two. So the next time down, Jokic is like, they're going to give me the call no matter what happens.
So he just drove it hard and threw up like a falling to the right side thing. They called it on the ground, but they were in the bonus. So we got the free throws.
That was a crazy call though. That was a dumb call.
He was shooting it. Yeah, he was shooting it.
That was weird, yeah.
But that's the one where he was like jumping up and down. Yeah, that was the biggest vertical you ever seen from Jokic. He was flying.
I thought that was pretty funny. Good random notes.
Anything to add, Tess? No, Jokic, I love the effort from that guy, even if the shots aren't going down. He was 7 of 22, but it's more like a 7 of 19 because he took the end of shot for the first, second, and fourth quarters. He just chucks them up, like the 60-foot end of quarter type of shot. He was going for it. Yeah, he doesn't have his flow. The body's coming at him, I guess.
have turned him into a non-yoke. They're wearing him down.

Chapter 2: How did SGA perform in the clutch?
What do you think? I think it depends on if Mitchell plays. Sure. He's been their only real source of offense so far in this series.
He is getting an MRI, I guess, is what they're telling us. I'm with you, Taz. I thought it was a bit more of like, okay, yeah, my ankle is sore. Everybody's sore, but we're getting killed, so let's save anything I have left in the tank for game five. But then I have seen the clip of him. I don't know if you guys saw it. There is some sort of backboard clip of him coming out there and warming up.
he does seem to aggravate something. Oh, it's like doubled over. Yeah. He's like, yeah. So we'll see if he plays obviously in their next game. And yeah, if he doesn't, they're in a lot of trouble. If he does, can he, can they at least get that back to Indiana for, for game six?
Yeah. Like last year where he missed the last couple of games against the Celtics and round number two, he doesn't want to do that. So I, I assume I assumed that it was just them being safe, but yeah, they need him, but I guess it's a good thing. Garland did something out there in the second half. Anyway, we'll see.
Let's talk a little bit about Saturday's games. We'll start with Edwards and Randall leading the Wolves past the Warriors, 102-97. They have a 2-1 lead now in their second round series. Julius Randall, first career, playoff, triple-double, 24 points, 10 boards, game-high 12 assists. This guy... It's just turning into Jokic here with the assist numbers he's putting up.
He has been awesome, and Ant was great in the fourth quarter. And this was an ugly game too. Obviously, this was like what the Warriors were trying to do here and help their best chances to maybe get a victory without Curry. You had Butler a lot more aggressive. You had Kaminga chipping in. But in the end, those two Wolves stars took over TK.
Yeah, that's exactly right. Julius Randle is having an awesome playoffs. So far, he's followed his best playoff series in the first round. That was the best series he ever had. He's having a better series as we go into the second round here. He cannot make a three-pointer, but everything else is basically flowing for this guy.
I think it was McDaniels postgame said, you put a small guy on him, he's too big for that guy. You put a big guy on him, he's too quick for that guy. He's a walk-and-miss match out there right now. He's playing bully ball. He almost dunked one with his face in this one. Meanwhile, Anthony Edwards is basically a tale of two halves.
As a player, in the first halves of games this series, he's averaging five points per game, shooting 19%. Second halves of games, he's shooting 64%, 50 from three, and scoring 21 a game. And that's exactly what happened in game three. Eight points, two assists in the first half, two assists, and 28 points in the second half.

Chapter 3: Why is Nikola Jokic struggling in the series?
I think worldwide mob tweeted. That was so funny. Like you imagine showing up for your pickleball game today.
I'd be pissed. I'd be furious. Well, you were livid this weekend because we had so much rain here. Oh, my God. Saturday. I was editing a pickleball video instead of playing pickleball.
I was very, very upset.
Well, we're going to show you that in a second. Yeah, that's coming up. Yeah.
Anything else on that one? Well, if you want to be positive, you can say the Celtics haven't won a clutch game in this series yet. They weren't banging home threes in a clutch situation here because it was a blowout. So if the Knicks just make it close in the fourth quarter, we'll have some fun.
I thought you were going to say positive for the Knicks because they have not had a good offensive game either in this series. They haven't. And they were a really good offense this year. That's true. That could be unlocked for one of these games for sure.
You are a little worried about the cat injury and how much of an effect that has had on him because I think he's been pretty bad sort of overall in this. He was taking some bombs there. He was getting even deeper and deeper with some of those three-point attempts on Saturday, but not really falling all that much.
Okay, we'll see. On a 21-15 game for him, even though he – Good numbers, but he missed a lot of shots.
It was like five of 18, and you guys were talking about the defensive drop way out of the play.
